Watchlist AML is not returning any Safe Harbour Score even after getting a positive hit

Watchlist AML is NOT an ID verification service due to which it is designed to be used in conjunction with some other ID verification service. That's how it can be utilized most effectively. And when it's used that way, it will either return any of the 4 possible safeHarbourScore values or 'none' depending on the results. 

On the contrary, if Watchlist AML is used in isolation, even if you get a positive hit, it will always return

• 'none' as the safeHarbourScore
  
• 'No Match' as the matchStatus
  
  

However, combining it with some other service is optional and can be used on its own to get the relevant data (as shown in the API doc).
