The service which is written as 'Government Identity Document - Visa' or "Australia Government Identity Documents 4" in the API documentation, is provided by the Document Verification Service (DVS) of Australia. In order to use that service for identity verification, the user will have to submit a DVS application to Data Zoo after the approval of which the service can be used.
For 'Australia Visa Entitlement', no such approval is required. And unlike the other service, it returns some additional data as well such as visa class, visa expiry date, visa grant date, visa stream and work entitlements. However, its response time is higher compared to the DVS Visa service.
