What should be validated before testing?

Data Zoo API services have in-built capabilities to pre-validate the syntax of important data prior to submission of the search for verification.
This has multiple benefits for all users, including cost minimization through not attempting to verify data that would have zero chance of being accepted by the data source.
The prevalidation checking is an optional feature within the Data Zoo services.
Standard pre-validations are in place for date formats; Data Zoo uses the international format (YYYY-MM-DD ) for all date fields and makes the appropriate formatting changes if required before submitting to the data source.
