A failed search result is the one which in which the Match Status is 'No Match' and the value of the 'status' parameter (when using the API) is 2.
This indicates that the information provided was not found in the database.
A search in which the identity is verified but some of the information was not matched is not a failed search and the status, in that case, is 1.
