One possible reason for this is that you are trying to access the environment to which you don't have access. For instance, trying to sign in to the PROD environment when your account only has access to TEST or vice versa.
Another common reason is that the wrong password was entered multiple times due to which the account has been automatically locked. If that's the case, please contact the support team and they'll unlock your account.
