A common reason for the failure of valid Chinese identity documents is that the name entered is not in Chinese characters. Any other language for the name field will become a cause for failure.

Also, as per the standard, in the 'Full Name' field, the last name will come first followed by the first name. Doing the opposite of this will give a false verification result even if all the information provided is correct.
