The mandatory fields vary from service to service. You can find out those fields either yourself or you can simply raise a ticket at our Support Portal and we will share with you the list of required fields for a particular service.

To check it yourself, do the following: When inputting the details, either in an API request or on the web page, leave ALL the fields blank before you hit Send/Submit. Here's what will happen once that is done:

In the case of API, all the mandatory fields will be listed under "validationErrors" parameter in the response. As you can see in the screenshot below, 'dateOfIssue' is not included in it which means it's NOT a required field.


In the case of Web Portal, all the mandatory fields will be highlighted in red. From the example below, it's clear that Middle Name and Gender are NOT required fields.
