The Batch Template file has 2 sheets:

  1. 'Input' sheet: For inputting the data 

  2. 'Input Validation' sheet: For verifying whether or not the information entered is in the right format

Before you begin, please have a look at the following guide to understand what various colors in both sheets mean.

  • Column headings with green background: Mandatory fields

  • Cells with red background: 

    • The information entered in a mandatory field does not follow the required format
      OR

    • A mandatory field of a record has been left blank


Important note: Correcting the text in the red cells is essential in order for the batch file to be processed. Correcting the info in the grey cells is optional but very much recommended if you want to verify those optional fields as well.
