The Watchlist AML service can be used in isolation (as shown in the API documentation) or it can be used in conjunction with some other data source to carry out a search.

One thing to note here is that Watchlist AML is NOT an ID verification service by itself and so even though it serves specific purposes on its own, it must be used with some other service in order to perform identity verifications.
