IDUX allows organizations to verify identity on behalf of their clients whereas the clients can verify their own identities.

You are a tenant if you are a company performing verification on behalf of an individual. If you're checking any documents for yourself, you're one of the identity owners. You should be able to:

 • Give businesses a clear identity verification result

• Give identity owners a clear understanding of identity verification results, along with instructions on what to do if they are unsuccessful, such as handling an error.

What do you need for your ID verification if you’re an Identity Owner (IO)?

Documents required if you're a Tenant or IO

The second document will be used for face matching and pre-populating personal information as an IO. As a tenant, additional documents are not mandatory but support ID verification. Considered docs are name change certificates, marriage certificates, and birth certificates.
Liveness Feature

As an IO, a self-portrait photo capturing is mandatory to scan for facial recognition but being a tenant you can upload a pre-capture selfie of an individual.

What will you ultimately get as a result?

To better understand the results, download the PDF version of your results.
