Overview

Trust Score aims to, at a glance, represent the percentage of trust of any given identity verification according to system parameters.

How it works

All identity documents data and biometrics provided, if any, as well as fraud indicators, count for the Trust Score calculation as per logic elaborated by Data Zoo experts. A higher Trust Score indicates a more trustworthy verification.

Trust Score results contribute to the verification's Overall Result which have the following possible outcomes: Successful, Unsuccessful, Consider and Incomplete.

The default passing threshold for Trust Score will be 60%, unless otherwise set by clients (from 1% - 100%)

If Trust Score is below the passing threshold, the Overall Result will be “Unsuccessful”, regardless of any other factors.

Undesirable results for fraud indicators will cause for the verification overall result to change to "Consider". This means, further analys is strongly recommended before onboarding the identity owner.

Note: Trust Score results are meant be analyzed in conjunction to individual modules results to meet your company’s individual criteria for identity verification.
