Overview

To facilitate its primary purpose of onboard a client after identity verification is complete, the system uses an Overall Verification Status to communicate the combined result of all verifications and information for a particular identity owner. The below criteria capture all possible Overall Verification Status factors.

How it works

Once an identity verification is complete by identity owner, the data captured, and its results can be accessed through IDUX Flow platform. Each and every one of the verifications is given an overall status. Should, after your internal analyses, for any reason this status requires a change, it can be accomplished by your staff.

Step-by-step

Once logged in the platform:

Go to: Verifications > Select an individual verification > Overview

Overall status of the verification is displayed at the top of the Overview tab.

The following logic will be used to determine Overall Verification Status;

  1. If any verifications are incomplete, Overall Status will be “Incomplete”.

  2. If Trust Score does not exceed the passing threshold, Overall Status will be “Unsuccessful” (threshold can be set by clients).

  3. If a Consider / Fail flag is triggered, Overall Status will be “Unsuccessful  or “Consider” (as per relevant flag).

  4. If none of the above scenarios occur, Overall Status will be “Success”.

Consider / Fail Flags

Assuming Trust Score exceeds the threshold, hard-coded Consider / Fail flags will be considered. Unsuccessful flags will be considered first, then Consider flags

Verifications flagged as "Consider" are strongly recommended to be thoroughly analyzed before deciding on onboarding an individual as a discretion of the company.

The following flags apply:

Flag

Default Outcome

IF Death Check = "Alert"

Fail

IF Voice Liveness = <passing threshold (fail)

Consider

IF Facial Matching = <passing threshold (fail)

Consider

Facial Liveness = < passing threshold (fail)

Consider

IF Watchlist = “Alert”

Fail

IF Mobile Ownership = "Alert"

Consider

If Digital Safeguard = "Alert"

Consider

How to interpret these statuses?

Successful status means that a combination of the results of each module verified met the passing threshold of Trust Score configured for your account.

Unsuccessful status means that a combination of the results of each module verified did not meet the passing threshold of Trust Score configured for your account and/or there was an alert for Death check, if the module is available.

Consider status means that the verification has failed one of the fraud indicator modules (except Death Check) or one or more of the biometric checks (Face match, Liveness, Voice). A Consider status is an indicator that a manual review of the verification is recommended. Once a review is complete, a change of the verification status to either Successful or Unsuccessful is advised.
