You might have seen that even though all the information entered is correct and a Full Match is being received, the parameter safeHarbour is always false, both in the API response and the web app result.

If that's happening, no need to worry as this is perfectly valid behavior. Safe Harbour actually needs three conditions to be fulfilled in order to return a 'true' value. 


Conditions needed to achieve Safe Harbour:

1- When performing a search, a minimum of 2 data sources must be used to create what is known as Composite Query.
2- Besides the primary search, the identity must clear the Watchlist check.
3- The individual Safe Harbour Scores of each data source will also determine whether the safeHarbour is true or false.
